APV 3 Effect Plate Evaporator with Alloy 20, Titanium & Carpenter 20

Stock No: 2500.PF1a. With Alloy 20 vapor vessels and ducting. Titanium heat exchanger surfaces in all 3 effects. The feed preheater is a heat exchanger with Incolloy 825 plates. All product contact pumps are Alloy 20. Dual TVR's to lower feed and evaporation rates. Can be configured to run 20,000 LBS/HR or more, or can be configured for much less. APV P-E 2-Effect Rising/Falling Film Plate Evaporator

Stock No: 2500.CI01C. 316 stainless steel including heat exchanger plates, vapor separators, pumps, vapor, tubing. Inlets: (2) 2 in. dia. ACME fittings, (1) 4 in. W x 30 in. H steam port. Outlets: (1) 2 in. dia. condensate port, (1) 21 in. W x 10 ½ in. H vapor port. Second Effect Horizontal Separator-125 Gallon. Vacuum: 28.54 in. Hg. Inlets: (1) 2 in. dia. port (sprayball), (1) 21 in. APV FFPE Single Effect Falling Film Plate Evaporator

Stock No: HDDF148.91a. Last running 3-A milk products. System includes APV Falling Film Plate Evaporator, APV Horizontal Separator and 332 sq. ft. Stainless Steel Condenser.

Can be re-configured to customers individual needs.

The heat exchanger plates and vapor separators are 316 SS.
