12,000 LBS/HR - Cloudy & Britton IQF Freezer Tunnel

Stock No: MBWA01.500. Installed 2001 and operated only 3 months/year. Ran 12,000 LBS/HR of raspberries and 9,000 LBS/HR of blueberries. 

Features: Variable stage defrost. Belt thumpers to prevent clumping. Belt washer-dryer. Seven access doors. High velocity low-temp air circulated with (10) evaporator coil fan units.

Model 48N10. 140TR. Belt width: 48". Initial plastic belt: 30' with five (5) thumpers. Stainless steel belt length: 40'. 7.5 HP Fan motors. Refrigerant: R-22 freon OR R-717 Ammonia. Previous owner used R-22; however, Evapco TFC galvanized steel evaporator coils are also rated for ammonia R-717. Dimensions: 45' L x 11' W x 11' H. Spare plastic belt available.

11,550 LBS/HR - Frigoscandia FloFREEZE IQF Tunnel - 10MA

Stock No: RPCA1300.40. Commonly used with peas, cut vegetables, berries, cut fruits, French fries, meats, etc. Capacity: 11,550 LBS/HR (5,250 KG/HR).

Features: Fluidized design uses upward air flow that conveys the product without the need for a belt conveyor. Completely surrounds product with low temp air for quick freezing with minimal clumping. Product must be de-watered prior to entering the FloFREEZE unit.

Model: FloFREEZE 10MA. Dimensions: 28' L x 8' W x 12' H. Last used with a Key stainless steel frame vibratory feed conveyor 8' L x 22" W. Last used with R717 (Ammonia).

Nitrogen flash freeze process. Fan forced cold air distribution. 24 in. W stainless steel mesh belt conveyor. 2.5" Product clearance. 27' length. Piston assist lift-top covers. Sterling Electric "Lube Free" drive motor & Speedtrol drive motor. Honeywell GN2 digital temperature control.
